  2. For workshops or training programs:
    • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  3. For digital consultations, refunds are not applicable once the session has been conducted.

    • Reason for the refund request
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products, such as downloadable content.
  • Completed services and consultations.
  • Promotional offers or discounted packages.
